1.pvc线槽挤出设备描述：
 采用锥双螺杆，用于生产各种装饰，建筑设备用线槽，原料主要以聚氯乙烯(pvc)为主，钙粉，acr，cpe等辅助原料。pvc线槽生产线 主机选用锥形双螺杆挤出机，可以直接将混合后的粉料投入生产出产品，免去了造粒的麻烦。牵引机为变频调速控制，可以无极调节牵引速度的快慢得到最佳的产品。切割机为横向切割，与牵引机同步，可根据客户想要的长度调节定长切割。堆放架有限位开关可以自动控制制品的长度。

参照国外最新技术，对机组进行优化设计，具有塑化均匀，剪切速率小，产量高，使用寿命长等优点。该机组有锥形双螺杆挤出机、真空定型台、牵引机、切割机、贴膜机、翻料架等组成。主机采用进口变频调速，温控仪表采用日本rkc产品。辅机真空泵和牵引电机均采用优质产品，维护简便。也可直接挤出仿真木发泡异型材，效果比单螺杆更佳。塑钢门窗异型材生产线配用锥双挤出机，可加工pvc塑料门窗异型材、钢塑复合异型材、异型电缆多孔穿线管、装饰型材等。
